You will want to search on CINAHL using this search strategy. You want to ensure you have clicked on peer-reviewed on the home page. Try without clicking on the peer-reviewed or a specific type of population. Another search to try is MM "Oral Hygiene" AND nursing AND hospital. See picture below:
