Welcome to the Video Conference Tools Homepage!

Zoom is a contracted video conference tool used at Jackson State Community College. Faculty and staff use this video conference tool for: 

  • Hosting meetings
  • Lectures
  • Interviews
  • Events, and much more!

Faculty have the option of using one of the contracted video conference tools. However, faculty may decide to host lectures or meetings using their personal YouTube channel or another video conference software not paid for by JSCC. 

If you need help with hosting a meeting or lecture, please click on Zoom for resources or use the table of contents on the left-hand side of the page.

Important Note: If you need a video conference account, please put in a request via the DE Helpdesk Ticket System.  At this time, the Distance Education staff can assign you a Zoom account.
