Respondus Lockdown Browser and Monitoring is our primary exam proctoring service provider. Under this partnership, high-stake exams can be monitored and web browsers can be locked down. Our Respondus contract has an unlimited amount of monitoring seats annually. Compared to Honorlock partnership, faculty can use the Respondus exam proctoring service without the worry of running out of monitoring seats!
Please check out the Respondus Lockdown Browser and Monitoring instructions below on how to enable this proctoring feature on an exam in eLearn. Your students will also need to download the Respondus application to their computer before they can use it with a proctored exam. There is a Respondus student guide below that you can share with your students.

Students can now use a Chromebook to take Respondus Lockdown Browser or Monitor exams!
Instructors will need to enable the Chromebook setting in the Respondus Lockdown Dashboard for each exam using Respondus. Please check out the video and guide below for detailed instructions to enable the Chromebook setting.
Instructors can now require students to use Respondus Lockdown Brower or Monitor for their Pearson MyLab exams!
Instructors will enter their personal Pearson MyLab code into their exam settings within their Pearson account. Please check out the video and guide below for detailed instructions on how to obtain your Respondus code for Pearson MyLab.
*Each instructor will have a unique Respondus code for Pearson MyLab. Please do not share your Respondus code with other instructors.
